• Anyone authorized by a business entity can prepare or file an Application for Reinstatement for that business in the state of Tennessee.
• It is a crime punishable by law to knowingly change business details that you do not have authority to change.

What You Can Do Here

• File an Application for Reinstatement for a business and pay the fee online. The filing fee is $70. An online service fee may be added to the filing fee.
• Print and Mail the Application for Reinstement. Information will be collected through the online tool, and then printed on the correct form to be mailed to the Secretary of State with payment. This option assists with the preparation of the documents, but does not require online payment and is not charged a service fee.

• Enter the Secretary of State Control Number of the business entity.
• Validate that the correct entity has been identified.
• Enter additional details as required based on the business entity type.
• Certify that you are authorized to make this change to the business entity.
