The service fee covers the cost incurred by the Business Services Division in offering the online filing services to our customers. It covers credit card fees and other transaction costs.

If filing fees are paid online a service fee will be charged by credit card or debit card (2.29% of the amount of the transaction) or e-check ($0.95 per transaction). There will be two line item charges on your statement. One line item for the filing fee. One line item for the service fee.

Customers who do not wish to pay the additional cost to file online may choose the “Print and Mail” option at no cost. Simply print and sign the completed filing and mail it in with the proper filing fee.
