Download Options:
Full Database	All registered entities in the business database. The file is generated on the Sunday following the close of each calendar month. The cost to download this file is $1000.00.
Prior Month Activity	A database containing all updates occuring in the month prior. The file is generated on the Sunday following the close of the calendar month. The cost to download this file is $50.00.
Prior Week Activity	A database containing all updates occuring in the week prior. The file is generated each Sunday for the previous week. The cost to download this file is $50.00.

The download includes basic entity information including the mailing address, any assumed names the entities have registered, registered agent information, and the basic details of the annual report filing history.

The download file is a '.zip' compressed file containing four tab separated text files, each representing a relational data table. A schema diagram is included, and can be viewed here free of charge.
